Well the rain has set in! We had a great weekend this past weekend. We took a bike ride about 20min away in the North Bend area, the bike ride was beautiful and at the end you hike down to a rain forest atmosphere to the largest waterfall I have ever seen! The amount of foliage and trees was amazing. The tree's branches grow thick moss that makes them look so cool. The weather was nice until the way back to the car then the rain settled in and it became a little chilly. I think you can count on a little rain throughout your day in the fall/winter time. Yesterday we went back to the market and bought fresh flowers,vegetables, and fruits. We hope everyone had a great weekend. For those of you in Rapid City, Morgan and I will be there on Oct. 18th and would love to see you! Have a great week. Above are some pictures we took this weekend!

Those pics are beautiful! Do you live in that area or you are visiting? I'd love to live in a place like that. Now we are living in TX and the permanent heat day and night is horrible!

Looks pretty awesome! I know when we were there it rained about everyday, but not constant. We have had only 1 rainy day here in San Antonio since mid-Sept so it's pretty dry. Finally had our first cool front last week so it is in the 40s in the morning and mid-70s in the afternoon. Pretty nice weather! We will see you next Friday! Love, Dad
