How time Flies!! I can't believe in day's my baby boy will be one month old! We are doing great! I wish maternity was 6 months, but I am also looking forward to adult conversation. We recently carved pumpkin's and Morgan is awaiting trick-or-treating. She is going to be a witch this year! Henry is going to be a skeleton.

Henry Benjamin Simonds Arrived!!

Henry came into the world Thursday Sept. 25th at 11:50pm. He was 6lb 12oz 19in. long. He is amazing!! Morgan is the best big sister in the world, she constantly is taking care of him making sure he is OK and well taken care of. It seems so surreal right now because it's so perfect~ I have attached some pictures to look at!

We had a great weekend! Morgan caught her first fish and if I can figure it out I will post the video. She threw it back in the water so "she can find her mommy".

Morgan Turned 3

WOW!! It's crazy to think it's already been three years!! We had Morgan's Birthday party at Storybook Island, she turned 3 August 8th. My sister and her husband were in town for the weekend so we also went to the Sturgis Rally. This was Morgan's first rally and she loved it, we are in trouble the older she gets because her birthday will always fall during the rally. Today we took Morgan to the Central States Fair which is a RIP OFF! In order to ride the rides you have to buy tickets which are $1/ticket and the rides were anywhere from $3 to $5. Five dollars for less then a minute??? Oh well she enjoyed the rides and at one point she said "there are lots of crazy people here Mom". She was exactly right, the fair brings out Rapid City's finest! Well I guess that is the update from the last couple of weeks. My pregnancy is progressing but not as fast as I would like:) I am feeling HUGE and running out if room!

Birthday Weekend

Well it was Ben's birthday on Sat. he turned the big 28!! We had a great dinner in Spearfish with some family and friend's. I wonder if he ever thought he would be married with two children at 28?? I will have to ask him:) It is officially the 68th Sturgis Rally, it sure doesn't feel very busy this year which is great for people that are not really into the Rally and think it just causes traffic jam's everywhere! I can't believe it is August already this summer has flown and the best part is we get to meet our son Henry in 8wks or less! Well I am going to post a few recent photo's of Morgan. Have a great week!

Corn Anyone??

Well we ended up in the heart of the Midwest, Omaha, NE. We don't know if this is where we will end up. We both have lots of family in Sioux City, IA so somewhere close to there will be home! The unknown is some what nerve racking for all of us but there are so many factors to consider before committing. I am currently on a assignment at Bergen Mecry hospital in Omaha, NE. This assignment is very nice. Ben is currently looking for employment, we are keeping our fingers crossed on a couple of options. Life is good for us and we hope everyone enjoyed there holiday season and have great goals for 2008. Please let us know what you are up to, we would love to hear from you! Below you will find some recent pictures.

Wahington Update

We thought it was time for a Washington update! We are getting ready to depart WA soon and head for Omaha, NE. I know, we are crazy but Ben applied for an Electrician job with the railroad and we have a lot of family in the area so we will settle there for a while! I have taken another traveling assignment there. Washington has been very adventurous and exiting. We feel like we have been on a extended vacation (but you have to work) Ben’s Dad came to see us a couple of weeks ago and we went to Canada which was fun! We also had a great Halloween, Morgan was Cinderella and she was a hit. Grandma Mary is coming in a week and she is going to drive back with us, which will be so nice, and Morgan will love it! Well I posted some pictures of our trip to Canada and Halloween. We hope everyone is healthy and happy. I can’t believe Christmas is just around the corner. We will be in Sioux City, IA for Christmas this year, both our families will be there and we will be celebrating my little sister Jackie’s graduation from nursing school! The pictures are from Vancouver, Canada. We went to a botanical garden and downtown Vancouver that is awesome.
